Registration Fees:

• Early bird (Regular): €80 (until 10 April, 2026)

• Early bird (Reduced rate for PhD, students and retired members): €45 (until 10 April, 2026)

• Regular Fee: €100 (after 10 April, 2026. Deadline for registration: 13 May, 2026)

• Reduced Fee (PhD, students and retirees): €70 (after 10 April, 2026. Deadline for registration: 13 May, 2026)

• Gala dinner price: €60 (The gala dinner will take place on Thursday evening, May 21, at Chez le Per' Gras)

A few tips for a smooth registration:

- "Department / Unit" field: This field has a strict 10-character limit. Use a brief acronym (e.g. DeptLing).

- Billing address: If your institution is paying, please ensure you enter the address of their finance department so the invoice can be processed correctly.

- Captcha: The site can be a bit picky. If your code is rejected, do not worry. Simply try again. It may take a second attempt to validate.
